As we head into fall, I am noticing a GORGEOUS minimalist eye liner trend happening in fashion magazines, and on the runway: Skinny Liner! I LOVE IT!!! You can best achieve this minimal look with a good liquid liner like Stila's Stay All Day Waterproof liner, or NYX Cosmetics Waterproof Felt Tip Liquid Eye Liner. Given a choice between products that come with a paint brush-like applicator or a felt tip pen, I personally tend to favor the felt tip pen for more control in application. <3 Cher
